A steady place to feel anchored within

The idea of The Anchored Mind emerged from an attempt to describe a feeling: the desire to feel grounded and calm, especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

Sometimes that sense of steadiness comes naturally. At other times, we lose touch with the people, practices, and values that help us feel anchored.

The purpose of this space is to help you recognise and strengthen your anchors, so you can move through life with greater clarity, meaning, and a deeper sense of alignment with yourself.

A little about me

Hi, I’m Neha Banik

I'm a psychologist whose work began in the therapy room and has since expanded to supervision, writing, workshops, and building projects centred on the human mind and behaviour.

What connects everything I do is a deep sense of curiosity about how we think, feel, relate to one another, and make sense of ourselves and the world around us.

Through my work, I aim to build spaces for honest conversations that foster deeper self-understanding and create room to reconnect with what matters most, so you can move through life with greater intention and authenticity.

Outside of work, you'll often find me immersed in nature, experimenting with a new art form, playing with my cat, curating playlists, or disappearing down a YouTube rabbit hole.
